Administrative Team
	Principal: Mr. Herb Boasso has been at Our Lady of Fatima School since 1997. He is a retired Air Force Colonel who chose education as a second career. He taught history in Junior High at Fatima for three years, became Assistant Principal for Discipline in 2000, and moved to his present position in 2004. Mr. Boasso holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tulane University, and a Master of Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
	Assistant Principal for Curriculum: Mrs. Lois Sellers has been at Our Lady of Fatima School since 2001. Mrs. Sellers is a native of south Louisiana. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education with a minor in reading and a Master of Education Degree from USL. Mrs. Sellers taught for twenty-five years at various elementary grade levels. Her teaching experience has been in schools, both public and private, in Louisiana and Houston, Texas.
	Director of Technology and Plant Operations: Mr. David Hamilton has been at Our Lady of Fatima since 2003. He received his Bachelor of Education degree from UL. His Master of Education Degree with emphasis in Educational Administration, Supervision of Instruction, and Curriculum is from McNeese State University. He taught in the Lafayette Parish Public Schools for over 20-years where he was the Lafayette Parish Teacher of the Year, and was a finalist for the Louisiana Educator of the Year in 1989. Mr. Hamilton came to Fatima from St. Genevieve School, became Assistant Principal for Discipline in 2007, and moved to his current position in 2009.
	Religion Administrator: Mrs. Lisa Melancon has been the Religion Administrator at Our Lady of Fatima School since July of 1998. She has also taught first grade at Our Lady of Fatima School. Mrs. Melancon received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (grades 1-8) from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She also holds a Master Catechist certificate and a Religion Administration certificate from the Diocese of Lafayette. All of her twenty-four years in education have been in the Catholic school system.
	Director of Development: Mrs. Angela Schoeffler has been at Our Lady of Fatima School since 1995. Mrs. Schoeffler served as Associate Director of Development for 10 years. In 2005, she was named Director of Development. She also serves as Executive Director of the Our Lady of Fatima School Foundation. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from ULL.
	Assistant Principal for Discipline: Mrs. Joni Duos has been at Our Lady of Fatima School since 2008. Mrs. Duos is a native of Ville Platte. She received a Bachelor of Education degree and a Master of Education Degree (with emphasis in Educational Administration and Supervision of Instruction) from USL. Ten of her twenty-six years in education were served as a Catholic school Principal and the remaining as an elementary teacher. Mrs. Duos also holds a Master Catechist certificate which was earned in the Diocese of Lafayette.
