Principal - Mrs. Angela Isaacs

Mrs. Angela Isaacs’ career as an educator has included work with adults, adolescents, and children in several fields, including counseling, medical transcription, adult enrichment, and parish religious education.  She began teaching at St. John’s Catholic School in Hot Springs in 2003 and became principal in 2012.  Mrs. Isaacs holds a Masters of Catholic School Leadership from University of Dallas.  She graduated from L.S.U. with a Bachelor of General Studies, with minors in psychology, sociology, and philosophy, and from St. Gregory’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. She attained Chemical Dependency Counseling Certification from the L.S.U. School of Social Work and C.D.U. of Baton Rouge in 1984. She currently holds an Arkansas Department of Education Teaching License.

Assistant Principal, Director of Technology - Mrs. Meagan Lafitte

Mrs. Meagan Lafitte received a Bachelor of Arts in Education from ULL in 2006 with a certification concentration in Grades 1-6.  She then obtained an add-on certification for grades Pre-Kindergarten through first.  In 2012, Mrs. Lafitte earned a Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership from Northwestern State University.  She has taught in both elementary and middle school atmospheres since 2006, and began her Fatima career in 2008.  Mrs. Lafitte also holds a Master Catechist Certificate from the Diocese of Lafayette.  She is a certified Apple Learning Coach as well as an Apple Teacher.  She is a member of both Our Lady of Fatima and St. Thomas More Alumni.  Mrs. Lafitte is an Our Lady of Fatima parent and parishioner.

Religion Administrator - Mrs. Lisa Melancon

Lisa Melancon has made a career in Catholic education.  The 2022-2023 school year marks her 34th year as a Catholic school educator.  Mrs. Melancon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education, grades 1-8, from Northeast Louisiana University (ULM) in 1981.  She holds a Master Catechist and Religion Administrator certifications from the Diocese of Lafayette. She has taught in a variety of grade levels before taking on the role of Religion Administrator at Our Lady of Fatima School for 12 years.  After a four year break to finish raising her 3 boys through high school, who are all Fatima and STM graduates, she worked as the Religion Administrator for St. Cecilia School before returning home to Fatima.

Director of School Operations - Mrs. Mary Angelle

Mary Angelle begins her 33rd year in Catholic Education.  Mrs. Angelle has 25 years of classroom experience in grades 1-8.  Prior to Director of School Operations, she served as Curriculum Administrator and Lower Elementary Disciplinarian.  Mrs. Angelle earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education grades 1-8 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.  She holds a Master Catechist Certification from the Diocese of Lafayette.

Dean of Students - Mr. George Hollier

George Hollier brings more than a quarter century of professional educational experience to his current position. Since arriving at Fatima in 2012, Mr. Hollier has taught grammar, vocabulary and writing to seventh and eighth graders. He focused on both literature and educational leadership in graduate school, and majored in English as an undergraduate at the University of Louisiana, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in 1984.

Director of Institutional Advancement - Mrs. Angela Schoeffler

Mrs. Angela Schoeffler has been at Our Lady of Fatima School since 1995.  Mrs. Schoeffler served as Associate Director of Development for 10 years.  In 2005, she was named Director of Development.  The summer of 2014, the office changed its name and titles, and she now serves as the Director of Institutional Advancement.  Mrs. Schoeffler also serves as the Executive Director of the Our Lady of Fatima School Foundation.  She holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana Lafayette.
