Principal - Mr. Paul Hebert
E. Paul Hebert, who holds a bachelor's and a master’s degree from UL Lafayette in the field of education, has been working at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School since August 2023 in the capacity of Dean of Students. He now assumes the role of interim principal for the 2025-26 school year.
Mr. Hebert retired from the public school system after 30 years of service. He served as a high school teacher and coach for ten years in the Acadia and Vermilion Parish School Systems. Following his time in the classroom, he spent 10 years in school administration as an assistant principal and principal at Eaton Park Elementary and then principal at Kaplan Elementary. Mr. Hebert then filled the role of Assistant Superintendent of Personnel and Administration for the Vermilion Parish School Board for ten years prior to his retirement in December of 2022.
Mr. Hebert is married to Erin Rogers Hebert. Together they have three children - Zachary, who is stationed in Oklahoma with the U.S. Army; Alexander, who works as a computer programmer in Lafayette; and Hollyn, who is a college student at the University of Alabama. They also have one grandchild, Arthur, who was born in November of 2024.
Assistant Principal, Director of Technology - Mrs. Meagan Lafitte
Mrs. Meagan Lafitte brings a deep passion for education and a strong commitment to Catholic values to Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2006, with certification in grades 1–6, and later added certification in Pre-K through 1st grade.
In 2012, she completed her Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership at Northwestern State University. Mrs. Lafitte holds a Master Catechist Certificate through the Diocese of Lafayette and is a certified Apple Learning Coach and Apple Teacher.
Since beginning her teaching career in 2006, she has served in both elementary and middle school settings, joining the Fatima faculty in 2008. A proud alumna of both Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School and St. Thomas More Catholic High School, she remains deeply connected to the school community as both a parishioner and parent. Mrs. Lafitte is married to her husband, Shelby Lafitte, and is the proud mother of her daughter, Ava, a Fatima graduate and current member of the STM Class of 2027.
Religion Administrator - Mrs. Kimberly Domingue
With a deep love for her Catholic faith, Mrs. Kimberly Domingue brings passion, energy, and commitment to Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School. Since joining the Fatima faculty in 2020, Mrs. Domingue has served our school as an educator, Director of Religious Education at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, and assistant Religion Administrator. A product of Catholic Schools, Mrs. Domingue is driven to ensure the mission of Catholic education thrives here on campus.
Mrs. Domingue is married to Phillip Domingue, an Alum. Together they have a daughter, Lucy Domingue, who is currently a Fatima Warrior.
Director of School Operations - Mrs. Mary Angelle
Mary Angelle begins her 35th year in Catholic Education. Mrs. Angelle has 25 years of classroom experience in grades 1-8. Prior to Director of School Operations, she served as Curriculum Administrator and Lower Elementary Disciplinarian. Mrs. Angelle earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education grades 1-8 from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. She holds a Master Catechist Certification from the Diocese of Lafayette.
Director of Advancement - Mrs. Christy Mims
Christy Boustany Mims is honored to serve as Director of Advancement at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School effective February 2026. A proud graduate of Fatima, Class of 2000, Christy’s lifelong connection to the school community has shaped both her personal and professional journey. She continued her Catholic education at St. Thomas More Catholic High School, graduating in 2004, before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Louisiana State University in 2008.
Most recently serving as Advisory Council Chairperson and named the 2025–2026 Supporter of the Year, Christy also served as a member of the Foundation Board and chaired Fatima Fest for the Parents’ Club amongst many other roles throughout the years. In her new role, she is happy to also serve as the Executive Director of the Our Lady of Fatima Foundation and is excited to execute the upcoming Fatima Forever Campaign, building upon the strong traditions and generous spirit of the Fatima community. Transitioning from dedicated volunteer to committed employee, Christy brings energy, gratitude, and a deep-rooted passion for advancing the mission and ensuring a vibrant future for the school she proudly calls home. Christy is married to Andrew Mims and has three sons - Andrew in 6th, William in 3rd, and John Luke who will start PreK4 next year.
