The After School Care program provides professional care, supervision, recreation, and enrichment activities. It serves children in grades Pre-K3 through 8 who are enrolled at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School. The staff includes an experienced manager and committed assistants who work together to help each child grow in maturity and self-esteem. Fatima is committed to maintaining an environment where respect, understanding and safety for others are realized.

Part-time 2 Days
A registration form and fee must be completed and paid for all families using After-School Care services. If a child only attends ASC for one day, the registration fee will be assessed. Registration fee is $20.00 per family.
Your status for ASC can change during the year. Not all children in the family have to follow the same attendance plan. Some children may only need ASC once a week, but another child in the same family may need a full-time schedule. ASC can accommodate your needs. Changes need to be made before the first school day of the month, or the prvious amount will be billed for that month. After-School Care ends at 5:30 pm. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed for pick-up after 5:30 plus $1.00 for each minute beginning at 5:31. Example: For pick-up at 5:33, you will be charged the $5.00 late fee plus $3.00 for 3 minutes for a total of $8.00. The late fee is payable to the manager on duty. Managers cannot accept checks made out to After-School Care or Fatima. Payment for late fees may either be in cash or by check written to the manager.
Refunds will not be given if you have paid a particular rate and then your child does not attend due to sickness. For example, days cannot be "rolled over". If your child's status is Part-time 2 days a week, but he/she only attends 1 day in a particular week, he/she will not be eligible to attend 3 days in the following week without paying an additional drop-in fee.
If you register for "Part-time 2 Days" and then attend 3 days in that week, you will be assessed one extra day for that week at the drop-in rate of $15.00.
Drop-In participants use the After-School Care Program occasionally. Payment is due on the same day of attendance at the time of pick-up. Prior arrangements should be made when possible for attendance at After-School Care. Contact can be made with Gisele Dugas, Manager for Pre-K - Grade 1, at email@example.com. Contact Mary Guidry, Assistant Manager for grades 2-8 at firstname.lastname@example.org. In grades Pre-K-1 it is necessary to communicate with your child's teacher about After-School Care attendance. A written note is preferable. Please let Mary or Gisele know of any health concerns or change in pick-up schedules.
Billing is done at the beginning of the month and is due by the 15th. Please write your child's name and grade on the envelope. Please label payment clearly. All business with regard to payments and reports of changes in frequency of care need to be handled by Lorna Lavergne.
Students waiting in the front of school for parent pick-up at dismissal, or "car riders", will be sent to After-School Care when not picked up by the time dismissal ends. All students will be assessed a minimum fee of $5.00. If students are with After-School more than 30 minutes, the drop-in rate of $15.00 will be charged for that day. Payment is due when pick-up is made.
A discount is offered for full-time participants prepaying for the year. Payment must be made by September 2. The discounted yearly fee for 1 child is $1,250.00; 2 children is $2,050.; 3 children is $2,650; and 4 children is $3,250.00.
Certified Fatima teachers provide "Homework Club" Monday - Thursday during After School Care.
